From the manufacturer's documentation:
"This pedal-free running bike is ideal for fulfilling the desire to be active in children aged two to five. With or instead of a tricycle, the running bike enables children to take their first tentative steps in mobile independence, soon learning to run with dexterity and ease. With the running bike children develop and stimulate their sense of balance.
The transition to a real bicycle is easy for children who can already use a running bike. Having mastered balance, stabilizers are unnecessary."
Dadzclub tested this bike thoroughly and really put it through it's paces. The most obvious aspect of this product was it's durability - we took it over some rough terrain.
The wheels are a little bit narrower than some other training bikes so not ideal on soft surfaces like grass, but on a positive note - once your child has mastered this bike, the transition to pedals should be so much easier.
